Why I built this site

Over the past 3 years, I have spent countless hours trying to figure out how to do my job better. I've learned a lot and saved a bunch of links.

This one’s for me.

Honestly, I forget things, get distracted, and can’t keep up with everything that piques my interest. I move in and out of phases of incredible drive to learn everything about one topic only to be days behind when I pick them back up again. I tend to send myself links by slack, email, or save them on my phone.

It’s a combination of things that:

  • were useful.
  • changed my frame of mind.
  • made me feel something (sometimes stupid).
  • I want to get to later.

Much of digital marketing is shrouded in a mist of uncertainty, either due to lack of transparency from other marketers or from the platforms themselves (i.e. Google or Facebook). I hope to give you what so many of these articles have given me, a spark. A spark that drives the next search for knowledge, the next opportunity to learn, or the next big idea for your killer piece of content.

Specifically, you’ll find:

  • Tools to help you save time.
  • Resources so you can be better marketers.
  • Articles that help inspire and challenge what you thought to be true.
  • Influencers who are experts in their field(and where to follow them).
  • Newsletters you can subscribe to for a better pulse on things.

Since you have taken the time to read this, I truly hope I don’t disappoint. If I do, let me know, and I’ll do better.
